Requirements
Must:
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience
- Required: 4+ years of experience in IT customer support or a related area, focusing on end-user assistance and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in leading a team of service desk analysts, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Strong capability to maintain operational efficiency within the service desk team
- Effective collaboration with tier 2 and tier 3 resources to ensure seamless operational effectiveness across the incident management lifecycle
- Involvement in resource and process management for the service desk team
- Support in the development of long-term strategies for the service desk that align with our organizational IT and business objectives
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users of IT systems and applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Offer guidance and training to end-users to enhance their experience with IT systems
- Ensure prompt resolution of all support issues
- Document support requests meticulously and maintain accurate records of support incidents
