Requirements
Must:
- Preferred: Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
- Required: At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a comparable technical position, preferably in healthcare
- Prior experience in team leadership, project management, and customer service is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities to effectively guide and inspire a team
- Proficient in IT project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comprehensive understanding of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Familiarity with process analysis, optimization, and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, direction, and oversight to designated IT team(s)
- Manage daily operations to ensure the effective functioning of IT systems and services
- Supervise user support and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party services as needed
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and efficiency
- Work closely with the IT Manager to prioritize and execute IT projects
