Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a related field
- Alternatively, a masters degree with 2 years of experience or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience may be considered
- 4+ years of experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or corporate performance management solutions
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an OneStream administrator across various functional areas
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes (Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting)
- Technical proficiency in OneStream administration, configuration, and customization
- Strong skills in SQL and data integration tools (e.g., MS SQL Developer)
- Proven project management experience with complex systems implementations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability to lead technical teams and mentor junior team members
- Understanding of the interplay between ERP and CPM applications
- Ability to work autonomously and manage several projects and deadlines
- Experience with OneStream and/or Hyperion
- Advanced SQL skills
- Familiarity with Python programming
- Knowledge of dbt and/or Informatica
- Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and data pipeline best practices
- Proficiency in AWS/Snowflake Data warehouse
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide application support for OneStream, maintaining metadata, transformation rules, workflows, business rules, data management tasks, task scheduling, security, reporting, and dashboards
- Develop technical solutions for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting, utilizing Snowflake, AWS, Power BI, and other evolving technologies
- Independently plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-sized projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Participate in significant phases of large, cross-functional projects including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness
- Deliver technical components or workstreams within broader programs under the supervision of a Lead Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager
- Identify and spearhead improvements that enhance financial processes, minimize manual tasks, and boost accuracy through OneStream and related tools
