Requirements

Must:
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), along with a minimum of four years of experience in Identity and Privileged Access Management. Alternatively, a master’s degree with two years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to one year of experience, or eight years of relevant experience will also be considered. Essential skills include hands-on administration or engineering experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms like CyberArk, PasswordState, or equivalent. Applicants should have experience managing secrets/keys using Azure Key Vault or similar solutions and should have implemented role-based access control (RBAC) for privileged user accounts in production environments. Experience with enterprise-scale cloud implementations and integration with IAM platforms such as SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) is also necessary. Candidates should have delivered enterprise security controls that facilitate cloud adoption while enforcing privileged access requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Privileged Access Management Engineer, I will provide subject matter expertise in Privileged Access Management services across diverse technologies while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and security best practices. My duties will include implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and collaborating closely with internal IT and client support engineering teams. I will identify security design opportunities within existing architectures and suggest enhancements. I will guide product teams in aligning their security and privacy practices with the company’s overall business strategies and goals. By driving security and privacy by design, I will foster effective partnerships with product, strategy, and engineering teams. Furthermore, I will manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to established timelines and will mentor team members to enhance their professional development.
