Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with 4 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid grasp of research design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience or coursework in interview methods and research methodologies.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gain insights into user behaviors and challenges.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze data, spot trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Create research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and reports to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and engineers to incorporate research findings into design and development processes.
- Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that decisions are based on solid evidence.
