Requirements

Must:
- BA/BS degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; or MS with 2+ years' experience; or 8+ years of an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. - Working experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP. - Proficiency in .NET CORE and React. - Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills, with working experience in SQL and relational databases. - Experience in design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems, client-facing web applications, and major Internet-oriented applications.

Responsibilities

- I will work with Product Management to understand the challenges customers and end users face and partner with them to design viable solutions. - I will recommend processes, technologies, and interfaces that improve team effectiveness and reduce technical debt. - I will foresee capacity requirements for component usage and identify limitations. - I will provide input into story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning. - I will contribute to product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems. - I will build software applications across multiple platforms based on stakeholder needs. - I will understand technical architecture and write software and automated tests that adhere to our agreed-upon standards. - I will perform troubleshooting efforts and investigations as necessary and provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products. - I will actively mentor less experienced software engineers by providing technical guidance and oversight. - I will participate in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices, and share insights with others in the organization.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I am committed to writing and maintaining code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, and reduce technical debt in alignment with our product and technology roadmaps. I play a key role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends. Compensation includes a base salary range of $97,100.00 to $161,800.00, which may vary based on factors such as the position's location and my knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation may include an incentive program. Our company offers eligible employees flexible paid vacation options, seven paid holidays per year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for personal or family use. Additional paid time off includes bereavement leave, voting time off, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
