Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a related domain, or a combination such as a masters degree with 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years in the field.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development across mobile (Flutter/Dart), web (React/JavaScript), and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience with a range of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and others.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, infrastructure-as-code approaches, and serverless deployment models.
- Demonstrated experience using AI/GenAI tools in professional settings, with knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tool limitations.
- Experience with AWS CDK or SAM for infrastructure setup is desirable.
- Exposure to agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems is a plus.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or similar) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Build and maintain scalable REST APIs utilizing API Gateway and Lambda.
- Contribute to cost optimization, enhance security protocols, and tune system performance.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Ensure readiness for production through observability, automated testing, and consistent monitoring.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices across varied technologies, including Flutter/Dart for mobile, and React/JavaScript for web.
- Create responsive web interfaces with React and JavaScript to enhance user experience across different devices.
- Build effective backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Python, and Node.js with adherence to microservices principles.
- Rapidly prototype product concepts utilizing GenAI and LLM platforms.
- Collaborate with team members through code reviews, supporting best practices in engineering.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
