Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years of experience in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner
- Proficient in analytical thinking, project management, requirements gathering, system and technology integration, and tech-savvy
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with complete product lifecycle methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile
- Background in designing, developing, and implementing product strategies
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product solutions, impacting product strategy and overseeing the product backlog
- Work closely with Product Managers to convert business needs into effective solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy features across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems
- Support the release train and scrum teams by participating in PI planning, prioritizing defects, and managing product backlog details
- Effectively engage with stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry trends, sharing valuable insights with the team
- Ensure the backlog is managed effectively, aligning execution with product strategy
- Leverage AI to enhance discovery, experimentation, and development while recommending improvements
- Integrate AI tools into the workflow to identify gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in requirements
