Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience in a similar role, or a masters degree with 6 years, or a Ph.D. with 3 years, or 20 years of relevant experience
- 5-7 years of experience directly within a Product organization focusing on Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Readiness
- Practical experience applying AI tools to actual product management processes with tangible outcomes
- Proven experience in driving continuous improvements and significant operational change management projects
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to contribute to Cox Automotives broader vision
- Capability to evaluate skills, identify gaps, and create plans for addressing training requirements
- Proficiency in AI applications within Product Management (hands-on)
- Understanding of Change Management principles, specifically ADKAR
- Familiarity with the Double Diamond framework
Nice to have:
- Experience with Claude and Pendo
- Consulting background
- Knowledge of Spec Driven Development
- Certification in Human Centered Design
- B2B SaaS go-to-market experience, especially in the automotive sector
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance product management maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive
- Develop and implement enterprise practices for discovery, delivery, and post-launch assessment
- Accountable for demonstrable advancements in product discipline maturity
- Spearhead the integration and adoption of AI-first methodologies in product management within CAPTG
- Incorporate AI tools into product workflows, including discovery, research synthesis, specifications, and readiness for launches
- Create reusable resources, skills, and playbooks, serving as an internal expert and advocate for AI in product management
- Assist in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for essential initiatives in collaboration with Product Readiness leadership
- Ensure effective marketing, sales, contracting, installation, training, billing, support, and measurement of products
- Drive enhanced processes for go-to-market planning and operational readiness for product launches
