Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or a masters degree with 2 years experience; or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years of relevant experience. - Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused specifically on AI/ML products. - Proven experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise settings. - Demonstrated ability in deploying AI tools to enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency. - Familiarity with AI platforms and frameworks, such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, and SFDC AgentForce. - Strong grasp of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies in AI product development. - Track record of measuring and presenting ROI for AI initiatives. - Experience in change management and promoting AI adoption within organizations. - Ability to understand and articulate the needs of various internal and external customers. - Proven self-starter with capability to engage proactively with business stakeholders and peers.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic direction in defining and implementing the AI strategy for optimizing Lead to Cash processes with a focus on product development plans and budget allocations. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify AI implementation opportunities that enhance efficiency and automate tasks. - Ensure AI-powered Lead to Cash tools meet the definition of ready, addressing pain points in quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections. - Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify process needs and AI automation opportunities to accelerate revenue cycles. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI utilization in Lead to Cash workflows, emphasizing cycle time reduction and revenue leak prevention. - Build strong relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into Lead to Cash platforms. - Contribute to thought leadership on AI best practices, ethical AI, and change management strategies for revenue operations. - Help develop and implement AI literacy programs and training initiatives for AI-driven Lead to Cash tools.
