Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination such as a masters degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years of related experience.
- Over 4 years of experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or corporate performance management solutions.
- More than 4 years of practical experience as an OneStream administrator across various functional areas.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes including Reporting, Analysis, and Forecasting.
- Technical proficiency in OneStream administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MS SQL Developer).
- Proven ability in managing complex system implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively lead technical teams and guide junior staff.
- Understanding of the interplay between ERP and CPM applications.
- Capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing application support for OneStream, which includes maintaining metadata, transformation rules, workflows, business rules, data management jobs, task scheduling, security, reports, and dashboards.
- Design technical solutions tailored for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting needs using technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, and PowerBI.
- Independently oversee and execute small to medium-sized projects from inception to delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Engage in critical phases of large, cross-departmental projects which include discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and ensuring operational readiness.
- Deliver technical components or workstreams as part of larger programs under the direction of a Lead Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager.
- Identify and spearhead enhancements that refine financial processes, minimize manual effort, and boost accuracy using OneStream and other relevant tools.
