Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience (4 years in a related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology, or a related area
- Background in working within a cross-functional team environment
- Experience supporting requirements specification, backlog management, or product delivery activities
- Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery methods (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital product development or software delivery (preferred)
- Experience with Rally or similar product management tools (preferred)
- AI skills, including knowledge of AI tools that enhance workflows and decision-making (preferred)
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams or stakeholders in complex organizations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in product discovery by collecting and synthesizing insights from customers, the market, and stakeholders to identify significant problems to solve
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to convert priorities into specific requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Aid in the execution of product initiatives by engaging in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative execution processes
- Monitor progress towards product goals and communicate updates, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Work alongside diverse teams and functions to ensure cohesion within a complex, matrixed organization
- Help guarantee that delivered solutions fulfill quality standards and meet the intended customer and business objectives
- Continuously acquire and apply product management best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency
