Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years of experience in a pertinent field will also be considered.
- I expect you to have the capability to develop and manage custom SailPoint rules such as provisioning, correlation, and certification rules using Java, BeanShell, and REST/SOAP APIs for tailoring and integrating SailPoint solutions.
- You should possess a history of troubleshooting and resolving problems linked to identity lifecycle events, access provisioning, and system integrations.
- You must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners to collect requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- I would like you to have experience documenting technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure maintainability and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, such as CyberArk, and secrets management platforms like HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault is essential.
- You should have experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms like Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Okta.
- Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server is also required.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility will be to design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including workflows, connectors, and custom rules.
- You will troubleshoot complex identity issues and implement scalable, secure solutions.
- You will effectively collaborate with various teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to deliver IAM solutions that align with business needs.
- I expect you to apply best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Delivering high-quality code along with thorough documentation while adhering to change management and version control standards will be critical.
- Staying current with emerging IAM trends, updates in SailPoint, and security frameworks to drive innovation and improvement is essential.
- You will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- You will configure and customize SailPoint components, including connectors, workflows, rules, roles, policies, and certifications.
- Additionally, you will integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms) for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Description
We offer a compensation package with a base salary ranging from $99,000 to $165,000 per year. This base salary may differ within the expected range based on factors such as the specific location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also qualify for additional compensation, which could include an incentive program. Our benefits include the opportunity for eligible employees to take as much paid vacation as they feel is appropriate, seven paid holidays throughout the year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for personal or family wellness. Additionally, employees are eligible for extra paid time off in situations such as bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military leave, and parental leave.
