Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in web development, application development, or software engineering roles.
- Solid knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA, and C.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, such as MySQL or SQL Server; familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Experience working with REST APIs for system integration purposes.
- Knowledge of version control tools, including GitHub, Git, and SVN for collaborative software projects.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the development and deployment of web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, and .NET frameworks.
- Manage database systems, including SQL, MySQL, and VBA scripting to optimize data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
- Oversee application development projects utilizing Agile methodologies and version control systems like GitHub, SVN, and Git for efficient collaboration.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms to support scalable application deployment.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance system interoperability across various platforms.
- Collaborate with front-end development teams focusing on front-end technologies and Linux-based environments for seamless user experiences.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues related to software development, APIs, or cloud services, and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices in software development and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and suggesting technological enhancements.
