Requirements
Must:
- Self-starter with proactive approach to tasks
- Resilient in high-pressure scenarios, remaining calm under pressure
- Effective team player, willing to assist colleagues when needed
- Tech-savvy with understanding of Windows; familiarity with MacOS is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills; capable of utilizing resources to learn new information
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users
- Associate degree, technical coursework, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+, MS-900) are advantageous but a strong mindset is critical
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their technical issues and providing solutions via phone, remote sessions, and in-person visits
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, taking ownership of tickets
- Participate in structured cabling and hardware installations as part of a team
- Analyze and improve processes, offering suggestions to enhance client service
- Document solutions clearly for future reference, ensuring team members can benefit from your resolutions
