Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Over 8 years of professional experience in software development
- At least 6 years of experience building applications using React, including state management with Redux or Context API
- Strong background with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Proven capability to design, build, and utilize RESTful APIs; GraphQL knowledge is a plus
- Solid experience in SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Understanding of security best practices such as OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control
- Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Material-UI
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks, such as Jest or PyTest
- Leadership experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures
- Experience in influencing architectural strategies and modernization roadmaps
- Ability to assess and select effective tools and frameworks for new projects
- Technical mentoring experience with mid-level and junior developers
Responsibilities
- Create responsive, user-centric front-end applications using React and contemporary UI frameworks
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Design and optimize relational databases (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.)
- Seamlessly integrate React front-end applications with Python APIs and databases
- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance application architectures
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud hosting solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Conduct code reviews, craft automated tests, and diagnose issues across the stack
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, Quality Assurance, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams
- Engage in critical analysis of software products, frameworks, and architectural patterns to ensure long-term project success and scalability
