We seek a candidate with approximately 4+ years of experience in IT systems and network support, particularly with Windows, Active Directory, and networking. Itβs essential to have a background in deploying or supporting applications, especially .NET or similar. Strong troubleshooting and scripting capabilities using PowerShell or Python are crucial. You should feel at ease working on-site and collaborating closely with both users and developers.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure-as-code, or utilizing AI tools and APIs to enhance your efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities
As our IT Systems & DevOps Engineer, you will be the primary on-site IT lead and assist in modernizing our custom platforms built on .NET, Angular, and SQL. Your tasks will include managing our internal IT infrastructure, which encompasses networking, Windows servers, user accounts, and providing hands-on support for around 130 employees. You will collaborate with our development team on deployments, continuous integration and delivery, monitoring, and automation. Utilizing scripting and contemporary tools (including AI assistants) to automate repetitive tasks and boost reliability will also be part of your role.
