Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations, technical support, project management, or client services.
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with Brokers, Employers, Health Plans, Physician groups, and Third-Party Administrators.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity to handle stress, multiple tasks, and deadlines.
- Proven analytical skills, capable of research and decision-making for everyday and intricate customer issues.
- Required skills in process improvement.
- Excellent oral, written, and technical communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, focusing on seamless service delivery for clients and internal resources.
- A proactive and self-driven approach, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical competencies and experience with comprehensive software platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with project management tools, learning management systems, TFS, and other ticketing systems preferred; SQL experience is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Oversee processes and systems inherent to client projects, including product configuration, data loads, ticket creation, and special initiatives, along with appropriate follow-ups.
- Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders through calls and meetings to enhance client satisfaction and accomplish project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Data Ops, Client Services, and other departments under the guidance of the Implementation Manager(s) to deliver all required services.
- Investigate inquiries related to assigned projects and provide timely responses.
- Generate, interpret, and present various reports.
- Monitor product usage quality post-implementation and proactively collaborate with Implementation Managers and Client Services regarding the effectiveness of implementations.
- Identify unfulfilled business needs or requirements and work with the Implementation Manager to explore process enhancement opportunities.
- Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in the annual performance review and goal-setting process.
- Complete all special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
