Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or data science
- Comprehensive understanding of AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google AI, Azure AI, AWS, or similar
- Skill in translating business needs into technical AI solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Preferred background in software development, data engineering, or applied machine learning
- Experience applying AI in practical business settings (operations, marketing, finance, customer experience, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Consulting or experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking capabilities
Responsibilities
- Assess business processes to discover areas where AI and automation can generate tangible value
- Design and implement AI solutions including machine learning models, generative AI tools, workflow automation, and predictive analytics
- Integrate AI systems with existing software, including CRMs, ERPs, and operational tools
- Work with both structured and unstructured data to create models for forecasting, optimization, and decision-making
- Ensure high data quality, governance, and ethical practices in AI usage
- Monitor and enhance model performance over time
- Simplify intricate AI concepts into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Create AI-enhanced dashboards, reporting tools, and key performance indicators
- Assist teams in the implementation of AI tools through training and comprehensive documentation
- Stay updated on new AI technologies, tools, and industry developments
- Test, assess, and recommend innovative AI platforms and solutions
- Enhance existing AI workflows for precision, speed, and cost-efficiency
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy and security regulations, maintaining compliance with legal standards
- Develop best practices for responsible and ethical usage of AI
Description
We are looking for an AI Expert to join our team, responsible for identifying, designing, and optimizing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. This role serves as a bridge between business strategy and advanced technology, effectively translating real-world challenges into actionable AI solutions.
