Requirements
Must:
- Master of Science in data management, data engineering, data analytics, or a related field in molecular biology.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams and driving organizational change.
- Proficient in statistical computing with knowledge of R, Python, or similar programming tools to manage large datasets.
- Skilled in understanding and utilizing relational databases for data extraction and reporting.

- Familiarity with genomics, sequencing, genotyping, and gene editing platforms, or a willingness to learn these processes in detail.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, including deductive reasoning and critical thinking.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management strategies utilizing the latest technologies within our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sequencing and genotyping lab teams to identify solutions and enhancements for metrics and data quality.
- Employ innovative techniques to tackle complex challenges, adapting swiftly to changes.
- Act as a vital contributor to global lab teams by creating significant data visualizations and reporting tools to support research and development initiatives.
- Work with relational databases to extract and summarize data for various reporting necessities.
- Clearly communicate intricate technical details to diverse audiences in an understandable manner.
- Foster effective teamwork, showing readiness to assist colleagues as necessary.
