Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and at least one (1) year of experience in child development, childcare programs, customer service, or social work; OR High School Diploma/equivalent with at least three (3) years of experience in a CCS support role; OR one (1) year of experience as a Program Support Specialist
- Proven ability to handle conflict, adjust to evolving priorities, and effectively communicate with staff, parents, and external vendors
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and capable of passing necessary background checks
Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated Early Learning Program caseload, ensuring prompt follow-up and precise tracking of provider needs
- Guarantee continuous compliance with the Early Learning Program Partnership Agreement and Early Learning Program Manual
- Offer technical support to providers regarding partnership protocols, compliance criteria, subsidy payment regulations, and database demands
- Organize and supervise Early Learning Program orientations for new partners, providing direction on obligations, documentation, and program standards
- Keep provider database records current with agreement particulars, compliance status, and program documentation
Description
We are seeking a Lead Program Support Specialist based in Texas, offering a competitive hourly wage of $27.00. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this pivotal role, you will act as a critical link between Early Learning Programs and the Child Care Services (CCS) program, ensuring adherence to partnership regulations and effective caseload management. Our team values strong relationships with providers, operational integrity, and compliance with subsidy and partnership guidelines.
