Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in IT support
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows environments
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical users
- Commitment to thorough documentation of work
- Valid drivers license and capability to travel locally
- MSP experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (preferred)
- Basic networking knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with RMM or ticketing systems (preferred)
- Equivalent experience considered; degree not mandatory for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Windows workstations and end users
- Diagnose and remedy hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Utilize remote tools and ticketing systems on a daily basis
- Assist non-technical users in understanding technical processes
- Set up new users, devices, and applications
- Maintain clear documentation of work for team reference
