Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in digital health solutions or a similar field
- Strong ability to think strategically with an innovative mindset
- Experience with clinical workflows and healthcare systems preferred
- Familiarity with Epic and third-party integrations is advantageous
- Knowledge of Contact Center operations, including Epic Cheers CRM and Digital Front Door, is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote working environment, attending onsite approximately one week per month
Responsibilities
- Guide the development and management of a digital health solutions portfolio
- Translate business strategies into effective solutions architecture
- Understand current and emerging technology trends to align with business models
- Create comprehensive architectural designs to support project development
- Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of digital architectural solutions
- Analyze the business-IT landscape to identify areas for improvement
- Design governance activities to oversee solutions architecture
- Establish principles, guidelines, and standards for solution development
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Support product management decisions regarding product lifecycle management
- Monitor solution portfolios for technological aging and business alignment
