Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with RACF
- At least 1 year in help desk support for end users
- Minimum of 3 years in computer systems, internet security, and data privacy
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with effective communication abilities
- Comfortable engaging in person and through phone/email with peers and management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing user support for management information systems via phone or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
- Create and manage RACF IDs for all DHS Mainframe users
- Reset passwords and address problems for key systems within State of Georgia agencies
- Conduct quarterly re-certification of user access for various systems
- Identify and remove inactive users regularly
- Enforce and communicate security policies to system users
- Assist with state and federal audits as needed
- Generate and execute queries for ad-hoc reports from application data
