Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and advanced Power Platform configurations (such as plugins, workflows, and actions)
- Familiarity with data migration tools (SSIS, Kingsway) and Power Apps security management
- Strong communication skills and capacity to work in a collaborative, agile environment
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (like Azure DevOps and Git)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
- Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple systems, ensuring thorough troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor Software Engineers I and II on technical aspects, data analysis, problem-solving, and code reviews.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders through interviews and data-gathering to enhance application functionality.
- Keep knowledge updated by learning new development tools, programming techniques, and participating in educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and customers to identify and resolve issues, planning for future needs.
- Design and construct new application systems based on user requirements and system enhancements.
- Create, modify, test, debug, document, and maintain complex application programs.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for production support, including handling daily validations.
