Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or PSDS modules
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Experience with platform security, including user access management and compliance
- Familiarity with Service Portal development and UI/UX customization
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications (REST/SOAP APIs)
- ServiceNow platform upgrades and health scans are advantageous
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
- Understanding of public sector service delivery models and citizen engagement strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in process flow analysis
Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow CSM and PSDS applications tailored to the public sector
- Develop workflows, case lifecycles, business rules, and integrations with existing government systems
- Create portals and self-service options for citizens and government personnel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement proactive service delivery capabilities to enhance citizen engagement and transparency
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with public sector requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with legacy systems, CRM, ERP, and external data sources
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for CSM and PSDS modules
- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes
- Adhere to ServiceNow development standards and coding best practices
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and data privacy regulations
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
