Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in modern technologies
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in tools and technologies from the Technical Oversight Stack, particularly cloud technologies and architectures
- Knowledge of database administration, system architecture, design, and network administration
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with an ability to motivate teams
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and projects
Responsibilities
- Drive technical leadership and establish the technical vision for applications and integrations across projects
- Review and validate architecture, code, and deployment strategies for scalability and security
- Guide developers and DevOps engineers for cohesive project delivery
- Transform business requirements into modular, cloud-ready architectures using contemporary technologies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to design and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, and VPCs
- Review YAML configurations in GitHub Actions and Helm charts to assure consistent deployment standards
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure secure management of cloud resources using AWS Secrets Manager and similar tools
- Oversee authentication and authorization methodologies with Okta and Keycloak
- Coordinate with integration teams to optimize data exchange using middleware platforms
- Direct development teams across frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment on deliverables and participate in sprint planning
- Identify and address technical debt to enhance code quality and maintainability
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends
