Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis within the last five years.
- Proven capability in developing and delivering training, including eLearning content and instructor-led sessions.
- Bachelors degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working effectively with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in Digital Skills Training Design.
- Efficient learning ability.
- Experience in Online Web-based Training Development.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Expertise in Process Flow Analysis.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document intricate business processes and requirements to enhance service delivery.
- Evaluate and develop alternative solutions, focusing on business process reengineering and IT system improvements.
- Design and implement comprehensive end-user training programs, including eLearning modules, to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and systems.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses adhering to State methodologies.
- Lead or assist in project planning and execution from inception through to implementation and maintenance.
- Create data models and process/activity models to effectively communicate system functionality.
- Support system installation, testing, data conversion, and maintain ongoing system performance.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and explore potential solutions.
- Perform special studies and craft reports on business processes and system-related issues.
- Build robust relationships across various levels of State staff, from clerical roles to executive leadership.
- Apply practical experience in data modeling and process modeling as needed.
- Ensure that solutions are seamlessly integrated across multiple functional and technical environments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to address business challenges effectively.
