Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years in systems development, testing, or similar business roles
- Experience in developing and implementing formal test plans
- Strong skills in writing test cases/scripts and automating test cases
- Ability to define and monitor quality assurance metrics
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis for software process evaluation
- Familiarity with quality audits in IT functions
- Excellent documentation skills for problem resolution
- Capability to deliver quality process training to technical teams
- Experience mentoring junior staff as a subject matter expert
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software deliverables
- Prepare, write, and automate test scripts and cases
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance metrics such as defects and test results
- Collect and analyze data for evaluating and improving software processes
- Document all identified problems and assist teams in resolving them
- Provide training on quality processes to technical personnel
- Act as an internal consultant to advise business and technical stakeholders
- Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies
- Participate as a team member in projects of varying complexity
