Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in infrastructure and network environments
- Proficient in network operations, support, maintenance, and administration
- Intermediate professional level with experience on medium to high complexity projects
- Ability to provide daily operational support and administration for network systems
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior technical staff
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, and wireless setups
- Utilize remote monitoring tools for network management
- Install new workstations and devices as required
- Manage user access by adding and removing authorized individuals
- Archive files and oversee password protection and security measures
- Monitor the usage of shared resources to ensure efficiency
- Address and rectify issues with malfunctioning equipment
- Select, develop, integrate, and implement network management applications
