Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Proven history of successfully leading Dynamics 365 projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience with Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
- Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Design comprehensive solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
- Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans
- Lead the configuration, tuning, and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications
- Create plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality
- Ensure smooth integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources to guarantee successful project completions
- Work closely with project managers to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and concerns
- Conduct solution testing, user training, and post-implementation support
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to other developers and team members
- Stay informed about the latest Dynamics 365 features, tools, and best practices
- Advocate for best practices in solution design, development, and deployment
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns
- Conduct workshops and presentations to showcase Dynamics 365 capabilities and solutions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
