Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in Linux system administration
- In-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (certifications not necessary)
- Proficiency in Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins experience preferred, but similar tools accepted)
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- AWS or Azure certification is a plus (not mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux systems with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and security
- Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters and Kubernetes orchestration
- Develop and uphold CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Groovy
- Work with container technologies such as Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
- Integrate OpenShift with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Automate tasks and processes using Bash, Python, or other similar scripting languages
- Implement and monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus and Splunk
- Apply GitOps principles and manage DevSpaces and OpenShift security configurations
