Requirements
Must:
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist users with system-related inquiries.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including application coordinators and QA personnel.
- Proven ability to document system changes and maintain logs effectively.
- Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with licensure processes and regulatory requirements in healthcare or government.
- Experience with platforms like Zendesk, LARS, or ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
- Ability to configure system settings and user permissions.
- Strong skills in data management and documentation, particularly in SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) and external help desk system (Zendesk).
- Proactively resolve system issues and process change requests efficiently.
- Achieve a 100% response rate to routine LARS and Zendesk support tickets within one business day.
- Complete configuration requests for LARS and Zendesk promptly.
- Collaborate with LARS Application Coordinators to gather accurate requirements.
- Document all changes made to LARS in the Application Change Log.
- Store supporting documentation in the designated SharePoint site.
- Provide weekly updates to the requester and LARS Application Manager until changes are complete.
