Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or IT support
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable leading interviews, taking notes, and functioning independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Must successfully pass a criminal history check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel within Tennessee
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders from 123 county jails, workhouses, and lockups as well as various state agencies
- Identify needs, expectations, and challenges
- Document requirements, risks, and provide recommendations for a cloud-based data clearinghouse
- Support the facilitation of steering committee meetings and track project timelines
- Assist in vendor research and prepare technology feasibility reports
- Write reports and summaries for leadership review
- Act as the main contact for internal IT support
- Submit and monitor help-desk tickets using ServiceNow
- Manage and update IT inventory for a department of 30 personnel
- Input data into state systems such as Planview, Archer, and SharePoint
- Support website maintenance and ensure adherence to state IT policies
