Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in IT and business, including managing teams for system development, implementation, and maintenance across various platforms
- Proficiency with online relational database management systems and web applications development and testing
- Experience in middle-level management of web systems and services operations
- Ability to work under the general direction of senior management while mentoring supervisors and technical staff
- Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, release, and maintenance of Internet, Intranet, and Extranet systems and services to support diverse content
- Collaborate with key business leaders and IT groups to prioritize projects and enhance the effectiveness of Internet technologies in alignment with business strategies
- Ensure coordination of all Internet and web development initiatives, integrating them with other enterprise technologies and applications
- Establish standards for project initiation, design, development, and support of Internet and web-based applications
- Manage and prioritize a variety of business requests while influencing the development of Internet-based technologies beyond the IT domain
