Information Security Analyst - GA DHS

- Conduct continuous monitoring of enterprise systems using CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Tenable - Detect, analyze, and respond to potential threats and incidents affecting CUI and system security - Maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive risk detection and escalation - Perform ongoing vulnerability assessments, track remediation efforts, and validate findings closure - Assist in patch management and configuration management to minimize the attack surface - Update and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) to document security controls implementation - Support external and internal audits by providing necessary evidence and documentation - Triage, analyze, and document security incidents across enterprise systems - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on containment and recovery efforts - Develop and deliver security awareness programs and specialized training for privileged users - Provide leadership with actionable insights through Splunk dashboards and vulnerability reports - Deliver updates highlighting risks, compliance status, and incident trends
