Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Writer in telecommunications, infrastructure, and technology strategy
- Strong ability to create user-friendly technical documentation such as SOPs and strategic roadmaps
- Excellent skills in mapping business and technology processes across complex systems
- Proficient in gathering information from subject matter experts to produce detailed documentation for various audiences
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation
- Experience in documenting Proof of Concept evaluations and RFP responses
- Familiarity with modern documentation tools like Microsoft 365, Visio, and Google Suite
- Capacity to independently manage project timelines and deliverables without supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, user-centric technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and network design documents
- Lead efforts to map comprehensive business and technology processes in telecommunications and IT systems
- Collect insights from subject matter experts and engineers for detailed documentation
- Convert complex technical information into straightforward, actionable documentation
- Record outcomes of Proof of Concept evaluations, RFP responses, and technology trials
- Uphold documentation standards and version controls using contemporary tools
- Work autonomously to oversee project schedules and outputs
