Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or IT call center environment
- At least 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician with hands-on expertise in resolving Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and 10 issues
- Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with Apple iOS is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience with ticket management systems and escalation processes
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for tier one issues to both internal and external customers
- Manage a high volume of calls in a call center setting while maintaining excellent customer service
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate second tier support and management
- Open tickets with various vendors as needed
- Offer general website support and assist with online account management
- Monitor ticket queues and assign tasks to support staff
