Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in grants management or analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity grants and related federal programs is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analytic tasks related to grants for the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP)
- Collaborate with FEMA, TEMA, and STS to oversee a portfolio of grant contracts
- Manage approximately 100 grant contracts each federal fiscal year
- Evaluate proposals for cybersecurity projects, including training and licensing
- Monitor sub-recipient performance and compliance
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation related to grant activities
