Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Technology Design, or Technical Consulting
- Expertise in creating tailored IT solution architectures to meet specific business requirements across various functions such as finance and HR
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or HRMS and their integration into workflows
- Strong proficiency in aligning functional solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Advanced capabilities in assessing emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to propose innovative solutions
- Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders across Digital Technology and business teams
- Proficient in translating business needs into technical designs and roadmaps
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware for seamless system communication
- Basic knowledge of regulatory standards like GDPR or SOX to ensure compliance in solutions
- Experience with LeanIX is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient digital technology solutions that align with business needs and enterprise standards
- Define and design business capabilities, value streams, processes, and organizational structures to inform overall technology strategy
- Own and develop solution architectures for diverse business functions, including finance and marketing
- Gather requirements and translate them into precise architectural designs, Business, DE, and Enterprise Architecture to align strategies with organizational goals
- Create and maintain high-level solution architecture documentation in accordance with Enterprise Architecture processes
- Support implementation and deployment of solutions, guiding development and operations teams while translating design concepts
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to strengthen business function capabilities
- Ensure all designs comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
