Requirements
Must:
- Experience with an enterprise architecture methodology framework, such as TOGAF
- Proven expertise in integration technologies
- Over 5 years of experience implementing enterprise applications, including Master Data Management and Business Intelligence-Analytics
- More than 10 years of experience in enterprise applications development with a focus on software development life cycles and enterprise technology design
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with an open communication style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated execution skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, delivering high-quality results within deadlines
- Capability to convey complex solutions and ideas effectively to senior IT management and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Define and establish the computer, network, data integration, and software technology standards for the organization
- Develop enterprise standards to ensure long-term operational effectiveness, including supportability and scalability
- Ensure business solutions are aligned with enterprise architectural designs and strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enterprise technology changes
- Document the organizations Enterprise Architecture standards, target state architectures, and best practices
- Work on evolving technologies at the product portfolio level from legacy environments, identifying appropriate migration paths
- Oversee proof of concept (POC) activities and create whitepapers to guide technology decisions and strategy
- Lead the creation of architecture transition plans for business, data, application, and infrastructure models
- Develop architecture roadmaps at the product portfolio level
- Communicate decisions and standards of the Enterprise Architecture practice across the organization
- Lead the formulation of architecture metrics and reporting to assess the impact of the Enterprise Architecture function
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
