Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT programming or ERP systems analysis
- Proficiency in advanced programming techniques and software design
- Familiarity with ERP applications and object-oriented analysis and design may be required
- Capability to work at an intermediate professional level across diverse technical environments
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects as a team member, with potential for technical leadership
- Experience coaching junior technical staff is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and program automated systems to address business challenges
- Configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain ERP program codes and applications
- Engage in various elements of large and complex installations during programming assignments
- Utilize technology and application development methodologies for systems analysis, testing, and debugging
- Conduct file design and storage management as part of programming tasks
- Collaborate on multiple projects, acting as a technical leader when necessary
