Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Enhance user engagement by offering personalized assistance and responding to FAQs
- Design and implement AI agents using platforms like OpenAI or LangChain
- Integrate the AI agents into both front-end (JavaScript/HTML) and/or back-end systems
- Tailor AI responses to reflect the Travelocity brand and meet user needs
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents for optimal performance
- Provide documentation and maintenance guide for future reference
- Deliver AI agent integration, testing, and documentation as key outcomes
- Develop robust AI agents using Python
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems
- Assess third-party models and services, understanding their advantages and limitations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain user requirements and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a platform for evaluating AI agents
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to standard development practices utilizing tools such as Git and Confluence
- Debug and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure top performance
