IT Technician - Hardware & Networking Support

- Perform initial assessment and resolution of technical issues for onsite and remote employees - Oversee security systems and promptly alert senior technical team members of any issues - Assist in provisioning new equipment and managing access rights as needed - Provide assistance to users in resolving basic to intermediate technical problems regarding software and hardware - Refer complex technical issues to the CTO following established escalation protocols - Manage the inventory of hardware and accessories on-site - Help maintain corporate standard devices and applications - Create and update knowledge-based documentation, as well as support the implementation of new standards - Deliver exceptional customer service to internal staff and communicate effectively within the team - Monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure service expectations are met - Support the planning, testing, and deployment of upgrades and new software releases - Participate in tracking and reporting software issues and data discrepancies - Ensure compliance with technology and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate records of repairs, downtime, changes, and updates - Assist staff with operational tasks, including user account and email service management - Communicate relevant issues with the staff and maintain open lines of communication between groups
