Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or equivalent technical experience or certifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting or implementing VoIP, cloud contact center, or office telephony solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Voice over IP (SIP)
- Experience with telephony and contact center components such as IVR, ACD, PBX, and softphones
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP networking, firewalls, NAT, and QoS
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark
- Familiarity with protocols including SIP, RTP, STUN, HTTP, and TCP/IP
- Ability to remotely troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to customers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Self-driven with effective time management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets related to VoIP, networking, and cloud contact center services
- Diagnose SIP call flow, audio quality, registration, and connectivity issues
- Clearly document issues, root cause analysis, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Reproduce and escalate product defects to the Engineering team with detailed technical findings
- Communicate customer feedback, common issues, and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation
- Improve current product documentation and contribute to new feature documentation
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and overall customer experience
