Requirements
Must:
- I hold a BS/BA in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or possess equivalent experience.
- I have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with VoIP / Contact Center platforms (e.g., Five9, InContact, DialPad, Avaya, Cisco, etc.) for the senior role, or 1–2 years of relevant technical experience or transferable skills for the junior role.
- I possess a strong understanding of SIP, RTP, STUN, HTTP, TCP/IP.
- I have solid networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, NAT, QoS, and firewalls.
- I am familiar with using Wireshark, ping, traceroute, and other similar tools.
- I have a proven ability to troubleshoot remotely and communicate effectively with customers.
- I maintain a customer-first mindset and take accountability for my deliverables and timelines.
Responsibilities
- I will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to Contivio’s VoIP and contact center platform.
- I will reproduce, document, and escalate product defects to the Engineering team.
- I will act as a liaison between customers, Engineering, and Product teams.
- I will lead by example in terms of accountability, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence.
- I will contribute to our knowledge base through documentation and videos.
- I will collaborate with global teams located in the U.S. and Australia.

We are currently seeking to hire two Support Engineers (one Senior and one Junior) to join our U.S. operations onsite at our Irvine, CA headquarters. This position is not remote, and we strongly prefer local candidates or those who are willing to commute daily. For the senior role, we particularly seek an individual who can lead our Irvine-based team, ensuring both technical and customer success. Our compensation includes a competitive salary based on experience, performance-based bonuses, and a full benefits package.
