Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Five years of progressively responsible, post-graduate work experience
- Four years of experience in an Enterprise SAP environment, specifically in Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Three years of experience in tire manufacturing processes within a production planning setting, including automated sequencing, MRP, intralogistics, or phase-outs
- Three years of experience in data analysis, I-doc monitoring, stock corrections, system job creation, or customization
- Three years of experience in utilizing problem-solving methodologies using Lean Manufacturing tools, such as Root Cause Analysis, value stream mapping, or continuous improvement cycles
- Completion of at least one global or regional project related to production planning and intralogistics processes
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% and domestically up to 15%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide localized user training on SAP PP and EWM systems to key users at each plant, covering aspects such as user maintenance, machine configuration, inventory procedures, and system setup through weekly meetings or in-person sessions
- Coordinate system enhancements by collecting requirements from stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and prioritizing change requests while ensuring effective training for end users
- Develop contingency strategies for system outages, detailing necessary procedures for plants during downtimes with regional support
- Conduct regular visits to plants for training, system evaluations, and to create continuous improvement roadmaps
- Manage tasks utilizing the Codebeamer system, supporting six American plants and negotiating with central teams for task fulfillment
- Oversee knowledge sharing among key users and facilitate regular meetings to address concerns, monitor system performance, and implement corrective actions
