Requirements

Must:
We require at least five years of experience supporting NICE CXone or NICE InContact. You should possess the capability to oversee projects autonomously with minimal supervision. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential. A general understanding of the Microsoft Office product suite is necessary, and experience with Alvaria (Aspect) WFM is regarded as advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

In the role of Voice Engineer - CXone, you will engage in Nice Studio Scripting and integrate it into custom CRM solutions while developing necessary documentation. Your duties will include creating, maintaining, and updating CXone IVR scripts/code utilizing CXone Studio and Snippets. You will support the integration of CXone technology, ensuring effective screen-pops and omnichannel routing of voice, email, and chat through web services. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of Contact Center Operations encompassing inbound voice (toll-free networks/SIP/IVR/ACD), digital channels (including email/chat/SMS/social/AI), reporting, workforce management, contact center analytics, and leverage APIs across the enterprise. This position will emphasize the configuration of agents, skills, operating hours, reporting, call flows, routing, integration, and additional vendor platform services. As a lead in the implementation process, you will guide and mentor other implementation team members. You will collaborate with business customers, analysts, and team members to grasp requirements precisely. Experience with integration necessities and the development of integration services (API, URL calls, etc.) is a must, along with troubleshooting issues during the configuration or go-live phases of implementation. You will also oversee the implementation of NICE CXone advanced services (e.g., Personal Connection, Expert, Chat, Attendant, etc.) and manage administration and implementation tasks tied to our NICE CXone solution. Your role will involve analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving application issues related to NICE CXone contact center technology and, when necessary, coordinating with the CXone team for timely resolution.

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $111,300 and $161,700, with individual pay determined by your skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
