Lead Full-Stack Developer – React Native, Next.js & AWS

- I am looking for you to develop and deliver high-quality code by creating and refining front-end application code with modern frameworks like Next.js and React Native, while being accountable for accurately estimating tasks, bugs, and challenges within your scope. - You will design and create varied digital experiences within the AWS ecosystem, including web, mobile, tablet, and in-store kiosks, and work towards continuous enhancements of application design, information architecture, and user experience. - Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with your Scrum Master and Product Owner to address complex technical challenges, ensuring our solutions consider both user impact and performance efficiency. - Quality assurance will be part of your role as you define QA test cases and establish robust automated testing processes in association with colleagues. - You will foster productive relationships across teams, comprehend project priorities and timelines, and efficiently escalate any obstacles or delays while managing risk, changes, and uncertainties alongside your team. - Providing technical leadership is crucial; you will be expected to master and share knowledge of emerging technologies, which will enable the team to innovate and make informed decisions regarding inter-team dependencies and communications.
