Requirements
Must:
- Bilingual applicants required, fluent in French and English.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt, particularly with technology.
- Required experience in a similar role or in IT (e.g., Level 1 Technician / Developer).
- Highly desired: Salesforce Administrator certification / Ranger rank on Trailhead / Knowledge of APEX / Python knowledge.
- Additional sought-after certifications: Service Cloud / Platform Developer / AI Specialist / CompTIA A+.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business clients to document their processes and propose technical solutions for their challenges.
- Work closely with development and project management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce projects.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects.
- Provide technical and functional support to Salesforce clients.
Description
We are Devpresso, currently seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions for our clients, working closely with development and project management teams to deliver top-notch projects. Our office is located in Laval at 4430 Garand Street, and we offer a salary range of $55,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
